Because your body deserves more than a rushed fix.
I work slowly and intuitively, giving muscles the time and space they need to open up. 90 minutes allows us to go deeper, and more mindfully... not just physically, but emotionally and energetically too. You’ll feel the difference.
Relaxation Massage
A flowing, nurturing treatment designed to calm your nervous system and melt away stress.
Soothing strokes, warm essential oils, hot towels and the perfect amount of pressure to help you drop into deep rest.
Perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, or mentally scattered and need a lil TLC.

Cupping Therapy Add-On – Cups work to remove built up toxins and improve circulation specific tight or blocked areas

Reiki Energy Add-On – 15 mins of calming, intuitive energy work at the end of your session

Deep Tissue Massage
Targeted, slower-pressure, stretching, trigger point work focused on releasing chronic tension and knots, to shift stagnation and improve circulation.
Perfect for tension in the shoulders, neck, back, hips or if you say “I hold everything in my body.”
